seedarklyxeroHere it is, the updated list of things to do in the goth, industrial, and fetish dance-club scene of New England for June. This is a monthly look at our ever-changing scene with an active list of links so you can get more details.
Here's the news...
* Sadly, last month saw the final Rapture event in New Haven, Connecticut with no word that it would return or be replaced. The link has been removed.
* Also in New Haven, Ulteria has cut back their schedule to Monthly. Edited below.
(I mentioned this last month but I do again this month because it was a late edit on last month's post.)
* Haven has its official site running again. Link has returned below.
* Heroes finally has an actual webspace (myspace) devoted to the event now. Posted below!
* I still have not gotten an official confirmation that Fetish Friday's at DTS in Lowell has ended from its promoters. However, neither the related promoters nor DJ involved have any direct mention of it on their individual and currently updated sites so I'm dropping the link off this list. Should it return, I'll replace it.
And now for a look at the One-Shot events...
* Summer is upon us and thus another opportunity for you to "Goth Fly A Kite" with the gang from Gothic Maine! The daytime event is at Fort Williams in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and after party details are forthcoming! Go to this link or this link for more information!
* As I mentioned in April, Nokturnal is now scheduled as a series of one-shot events and will return to the Dark Lady in Providence on June 29! The promoters will be posting info about their "Military Fashion Show" theme on their site very soon at this link.
*Coming next month: THUDfest returns to Boston! Since it's in the first week of July, you might want some advance notice and info that can be found on this flyer.
As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene, so if I've missed some vital info about something specific or if something major has changed about an existing event(like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let us know about it (but keep in mind that I will not make changes based on anonymous or unverifiable information.)
