Now that I've gotten my self-promotional indulgence out of the way... :)
Here is the updated list of events in the goth, industrial, and fetish dance-club scene of New England for February 2010.
New England Scene Darkly is a monthly look at our ever-changing scene with an active list of links so you can get more details on where you can go dancing in clubs or events that play music relative to our mutual interests.
New England Scene Darkly also has a calendar view to help you plan your schedules and it is constantly updated through the month.

Here's the News & known One-Shots...
* The Church will be presented at the Webster Underground in Hartford CT on the first Saturday of the month. I'm told this may be one of a series of one-shots that could float from venue to venue through New England and abroad. More on that as it develops. The date is on the calendar and details can be found at this link.
* The annual winter Fetish Fair Fleamarket returns to the Westin in Providence, RI during the Valentines weekend and hosts two separate dance events.
The New Designers' Fetish Fashion Show happens on the first night of the weekend and you can get more detailed information from this link.
The Network/La Red Fetish Masquerade happens on the second night of the weekend and you can get more detailed information from this link.
Both events are included on the calendar.
*Ceremony in Boston will be closed for the last Monday of the month due to club renovations and will resume in March as normally scheduled. Check the calendar before you go.
*Ulteria's New Haven, CT event is postponed for February and will return in March and will change their schedule to first Saturdays instead of Fridays.
Ulteria's Hartford event is unaffected by that change. Links below, dates on the calendar.
*Wasteland in Pittsfield, MA returns with a two-night event this month and continues to its monthly schedule thereafter.
*Wasteland also presents a new 21+ night at Club 7 in Lenox MA called Hallows. This event will run on the second Thursday monthly. The link (the same as Wasteland's) is below and dates are on the calendar.
* Machine in Boston is hosting a new night called No-Tomorrow on the first Saturday monthly. My understanding is that this is not necessarily a goth or industrial event, though it is possible there will be some amount of crossover appeal. For now it is on the calendar and the link is presented here as a one-shot until the "reviews" come in.

* I think that's all for now. If I hear of any other events to include, they'll go directly on the calendar where I update the schedule as often as I'm aware of changes or additions.
Quick note: I'm trying to streamline the public forum posts and there is certain info about New England Scene Darkly and guidelines I use/follow when posting (like how the calendar works and what specific information I post) that I have cut from the bulk of the monthly update to place in the comment section of my main journal post.
Any questions or comments are best left for me (t)here since the public forum posts get buried and I may not check on them for comments after a few days have passed.
As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene, so if I've missed some vital info about something specific or if something major has changed about an existing event (like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let us know about it (but keep in mind that I will not make changes based on anonymous or unverifiable information.)
