New England Scene Darkly provides an active list of links so you can find information about goth/industrial clubs or events so you can dance to the music you enjoy in that genre.
As reported previously, SeeDarkly has re-purposed our central website to focus on our publication project. New England Scene Darkly and its calendar can now be found directly at SeeDarkly.NET. (A link to it is also provided at SeeDarkly.com.)
For some, this is a fresh look at things to do they may not have been aware of. For others, it's just a reminder of when their favorites happen or that our scene is quite active. No matter which you are, please get out and support our scene to keep it alive and enjoyable for everyone involved!

Before this month's updated news, we'd like to dedicate it...
In Memoriam: It has been reported that someone very special and significant in our scene has passed away. While we don't claim any close relation to her personally, we recognize her admirable contributions to our community as numerous, true-hearted, and unique. She was a dedicated supporter of many aspects of our scene, a presence of remarkable energy, and she will be missed.
R.I.P. Anderson Mar. May your spirit live on in our scene to which you gave so much.
Here's this News for the month...
- After last month's one-shot at ZuZu in Cambridge, the organizer has decided to start a new monthly event there. Bla#kmarket will be on the first Wednesday monthly. The link is listed below and the dates are up on the calendar.
- Manray is holding another reunion night at Paradise Rock Club in Boston. Check the calendar for the date and link.
- Haven in Northampton MA is doing TWO back-to-back Tuesday events this month. The schedule and links are up on the NESD calendar.
- There are a few minor alterations in some schedules so keep an eye on the calendar for such details.
If I'm missing something or something needs correcting, (like broken or more appropriate links,) please let me know and I will verify and make additions or corrections as needed. Thank you. (Please note that I only include those events that fit the parameters of these listings and they must provide a link so visitors of this site can get more details.
