seedarklyxeroA day late, but with Halloween coming this month I wanted to double check a few things thoroughly before posting. I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive or kill me...

So here it is, the updated list of things to do in the goth and fetish dance-club scene of New England for October.
If this is your first time seeing it, this is a monthly look at our ever changing scene with an active list of links so you can get more details.
As it is the month that ends with Halloween, there are a fair amount of additional events and I may well do a mid-month update if there are additions or changes. But in the meantime there have been a few changes to the list...
Here's the news...
* Fetish Night at Club Hell in Providence has a new web-source for info. The link below has been changed.
*Faust/THUD! linkage has also been changed below.
* The Fetish Night in Fall River apparently has gone top 40, so it has been removed.
* The folks of Gothic Maine are bringing back Flatline on Halloween night at a new home, the North Star Music Cafe in Portland. Word is they plan to make the event monthly (Flatline that is, not Halloween.) Keep fingers crossed.
* And beginning in November on the Saturday after Halloween the folks who bring you Sin-O-Matic will present a new monthly goth night at Machine in Boston, called Shelter. The link is included below this month.
*Piquant Promotions at Down the Street in Lowell has been on a bit of a hiatus, but have recently mentioned that they are coming back with a steady schedule in November. More news on that then.
And now for a look at the One-Shot events...
* Sin-O-Matic's (VI's) annual Bloodfeast takes place as an additional event one week after their standard monthly. Additional info on Bloodfeast in Boston can be found at This Link!
* Salem's annual Festival of The Dead is back in action with at least two nights of dance; The Vampires’ Masquerade Ball and The Official Salem Witches’ Halloween Ball! Details and other info can be found at This Link!
* For Halloween itself, the newly formed Shallow Grave Promotions is presenting "Vigil, The Fight To Save Halloween" at Machine in Boston.

* And as an early mention, during the first weekend of November, Darkstar Festival gothic DJ and bands for 3 days in Stamford, CT. Details can be found at This Link!
If anyone knows of and can inform on any other one shot dance events for October or during the couple weeks prior to Hallow, let me know. I will try to update mid-month if there are any significant mentions.
As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene, so if I've missed some vital info about something specific or if something major has changed about an existing event(like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let us know about it (but keep in mind that I will not make changes based on anonymous or unverified information.)
