seedarklyxeroHere is the updated list of events in the goth, industrial, and fetish dance-club scene of New England for February. New England Scene Darkly is my monthly look at our ever-changing scene with an active list of links so you can get more details on where you can go dancing in clubs or events that play music relative our mutual interests.
New England Scene Darkly also has a calendar view to help you plan your schedules and it is constantly updated through the month.
The calendar is posted at www.SeeDarkly.com
In its default "Agenda" view, the calendar shows the date, name, venue, city and state of the events.
Click the "Month" or "Week" tabs to change the view.
Clicking on the event shows you both the physical and web addresses for the event.
Clicking "more details" will activate the links.
Some events are regular and recur based on a set schedule.
Some do not, so may not be listed past a specific date until future dates are announced.
It should include all events listed below, though it could include events from future months as well. If I've missed something or made a mistake, please let me know directly.
I'm happy to make changes, corrections and additions.
Here's the News & known One-Shots...
* IN.fidelity is a new weekly event at the Eleven's in Northampton MA, hosted by one of our scene's prominent DJs. It is not exclusively goth/industrial and is being promoted as far more diverse, but will have enough of those elements to make it of interest here.
Its opening night was delayed from last week due to weather, so it officially opens this Wednesday, February 4. Links listed below and in calendar view.
* Fetish Flea Market returns to Providence this month and the folks at Network/La Red have another prominent industrial DJ from our scene spinning for their Fetish Masquerade this time around. It will be in the Westin Providence on Valentine's Day and you can get more detailed information from this link.
* Fallout 2.0 returns for another seasonal one-shot event before President's Day on Sunday, February 15. Click here for the flyer or check the link in the N.E.S.D. calendar for details.
*The new monthly event in Hartford, originally scheduled to debut this month, has been delayed until March. Execution is on the N.E.S.D. calendar, but will be listed below next month.

*Just received late notice that Termination @ The Church in Brattleboro, VT is canceled for the month of February and will return in March.

That's all for February; look for a another one-shot event surfacing in early March called Old, Cold, & Slow (which has been added to the calendar but I'll include it in the update-news next month as well.)
As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene, so if I've missed some vital info about something specific or if something major has changed about an existing event(like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let us know about it (but keep in mind that I will not make changes based on anonymous or unverifiable information.)
