New England Scene Darkly provides an active list of links so you can get more information on where you can go dancing in clubs or events that play music relative to our mutual interests.
For some, this is just a reminder of when their favorites happen or that our scene is quite active. For others, it's a fresh look at things to do they may not have been aware of. No matter which you are, please get out and support our scene to keep it alive and enjoyable for everyone involved!

Here's the News...
- SinFest in Providence is throwing a special Pre-Labor Day Sunday night one-shot at the Dive Bar on September 2. Check the calendar for links to more details.
- Flat Top Johnny's in Cambridge is hosting a fundraiser to help the 12 displaced people from the Columbia Street, Cambridge fire that just occurred in late August. It's called Dark Angels: Cambridge Fire Fundraiser, happens September 14, and you can only get details about it from their facebook invitation page (as of this update.) You'll also find the date and link on the calendar.
- Jaded & Xmortis are doing a another Floating Fetish Ball on the Freedom Cruise Ship behind Boston Harbor Hotel on September 22. Tickets and details are available at this link or the Facebook event page.
There is a meet and greet pre-party to give you a place to hang out before at The Littlest Bar on 102 Broad Street in Boston where those who come early will be escorted to the boat in time for the launch. Details and RSVP on Facebook at this link.
- Sin-o-matic will be hosting their annual Variant Ball on September 29. The date and link to details are available on the SeeDarkly calendar.
- Darq has become (what they appear to call themselves) "nomadic" until further notice. It's expected that we could see them at least monthly but no details of their next event has been posted as of this update. When I get word, expect the date and link to details to appear on the calendar.
That is all I have for news this month. There is some news of something else new happening in New Hampshire, but I've no definitive information or direct links to further details. If I get better information about it, or hear of any other new events or one-shots that fit the criteria, they'll go directly on the calendar where I try to update the schedule as often as I'm aware of changes or additions.
If I've missed some vital info about something new or if something major has changed about an existing event (like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let me know about it and I will verify and make additions or corrections as needed.
