Here's the updated list of things to do in the goth and fetish dance-club scene of New England for May. This includes an ever changing view of what's going on and an active list of links so you can get more details.

My apologies in advanced, I'm a bit rushed to get this out with finals, so I hope I included everything I've learned, but I may well have forgotten something.
As far as I can tell we're looking at two new events, FOUR possibly FIVE one-shot events (two possibly three are this week), and another ongoing event from South CT.
Here's the news...

*CRYPT(the event, not club) returned last month (slipping in right under my pre-month radar!) They're sharing space with Twitch every other week at Ramrod in Boston.
You'll find a link for Crypt-specific updates below the Twitch listing.

*Another Connecticut bi-weekly event is being added to the listing this month.
Look for Necropolis in Stamford about twice monthly in Stamford. Link below.

*Due to their tremendous success with their monthly events and last month's VNV Nation afterparty, Black Magic is moving to Club ID upstairs from Axis in Boston.

*Speaking of Axis, Mothra of Ceremony/Dustrucktathon fame will be there on Fridays starting May 11 to throw down industrial beats weekly. No official name or site yet.
Click here to contact him for more info until I have an update.

* Domina in Somerville MA is still currently on Tuesdays at Club Choices but I've been assured that they will move to another night of the week soon.

And now for a look at the One-Shot events...

* Fetish Dolly and VampireFreaks.com present Biohazard at Club Therapy in R.I. this Friday.

* Then Sarula hosts Automatic at Grind in Cranston RI this Saturday. Click here for info.

* Dark Intentions returns to Down the Street Cafe in Lowell for a one shot appearance May 12 to tease us with news of their upcoming venue.

* And then near the end of the month on May 26 we get another one-shot at Club Therapy called Studio 23. Click here for info.

* Aggressiva Promotions has an "underground" event at Club Gallery in RI THIS Wednesday night.
I have been told that this night is not associated with Galactica, though Galactica promoters have called this Wednesday's event a "one month anniversary" of Galactica. The Aggressiva promoters say that is inaccurate.
I don't know what to tell anyone about this until it is resolved except that if you want information about this Wednesday at Club Gallery, click here.
Until further notice the Galactica link will remain below as a weekly event.

*Fetish Dolly is planning another one shot event for late June in Northampton MA.
Details to come at the top of next month.

As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene, so if I've missed some vital info about something specific or if something major has changed about an existing event(like broken or more appropriate links,) please be kind enough to let us know about it.
Events are weekly unless otherwise noted.

The CUTS are separated by Region.
Links are embedded in the event name and will open to another browser.

p.s. through the month this posting obviously gets buried under a ton of other posts, so if you need to find it mid-month, just come to my journal. I always duplicate the post there and rarely post much else unless I'm spinning somewhere (which I happen to be later this month) or reveal my inner comic nerd. :)

Not really a goth or fetish night posting...
but it's agreed; the man deserves the props and assistance.

Thanks for the reminder Zig.

Dave used to run the Sunday night goth events at Club Hell a long time ago.

Yes I know his history. He and I used to work at WXIN at RIC in the early 90's. He spun pretty frequently on Wednesday nights not all that long ago at Hell also as I recall.

I was just saying, and not with any disrespect intended, that a rock, puck, metal, 80's dance night would not typically be included.

Venom deserves support regardless.
